Job Description

Area Responsibilities
Sales Target & Strategy - Develop and execute sales strategies to meet regional revenue targets.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
Team Management - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives / Area Managers.
- Set individual targets and monitor performance.
Business Development - Identify new business opportunities, clients, and distribution channels.
- Expand customer base and strengthen relationships with key accounts.
Budget & Forecasting - Prepare regional sales forecasts and budgets.
- Ensure cost-effective deployment of resources.
Reporting & Analysis - Track KPIs, sales metrics, and prepare periodic performance reports for senior management.
- Analyze sales trends to make strategic recommendations.
Customer Relationship Management - Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing solutions.
- Conduct periodic client meetings and market visits.
Compliance & Administration - Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and regulatory requirements.
