Job Description

Work inside Flipkart’s fulfillment center (warehouse).

 
Use a handheld scanner/device to locate products in shelves or bins based on customer orders.
 
Pick the right quantity of items and place them in bins/trolleys for further processing.
 
Ensure accuracy and speed while picking products.
 
Follow warehouse safety standards and maintain cleanliness.
 
Coordinate with packers and supervisors to ensure smooth order flow.
