Job Description

Pick up customer orders (groceries, fruits, vegetables, daily essentials) from the Flipkart Quick hub / dark store.

Deliver orders to customers within the 90-minute promise or scheduled delivery slots.

Verify the order details before leaving the hub to avoid mistakes.

Ensure safe handling of groceries and fragile items (milk, eggs, fruits etc.).

Use a smartphone app (Flipkart Delivery app) to track and update delivery status.

Collect digital/cash payments if required (in some cases COD).

Provide basic customer service: polite behavior, on-time delivery, following instructions.

Follow traffic rules and safety guidelines while riding.

Maintain delivery bag, uniform, and safety gear provided
