Paytm’s Field Sales Executives (FSEs) are on-the-ground agents tasked with promoting and deploying various Paytm products and solutions to merchants and businesses.
Conduct market visits and proactively engage with local merchants.
Promote and sell Paytm’s EDC (card swipe) machines and Soundbox devices—handling setup and onboarding.
Achieve daily/monthly sales targets through lead generation and conversion.
Maintain accurate documentation and reports of sales activities.
Collect merchant feedback and support retention efforts through strong customer relationships.
Minimum Education: 10th or 12th grade; graduates may also apply.
Required Assets/Documents:
Aadhar Card, PAN Card, bank account details
Android smartphone and two-wheeler with valid license
Age Range: Typically between 18–35 years.
Experience: Open to freshers; prior experience in field sales or B2B/B2C sales is a plus.
Language: Not always mandatory; some roles require basic English or local language proficiency (e.g., Kannada in Bangalore).
Compensation is largely performance-based, with earnings tied to the number/cost of machines sold—e.g., FSEs may earn 80% of the device cost as pay.
Salary : 18K-26K CTC + Earn Incentives upto 10K.
Frequent incentives and bonuses are offered for surpassing targets.
