| Document Management | - Maintain confidential files, contracts, and presentations. - Assist in preparing reports, slides, and presentations for meetings and board discussions. |
| Meeting Support | - Arrange meetings, take minutes, and track follow-up actions. - Ensure executives have required information for decision-making. |
| Project & Task Coordination | - Assist in tracking project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely completion of tasks. |
| Stakeholder Management | - Liaise with vendors, clients, and government/regulatory bodies if required. - Maintain relationships on behalf of the executive. |
