Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Area Manager in planning, directing, and monitoring operations across the assigned area.

Supervise and guide branch/store managers to meet business and service targets.

Drive sales growth, revenue generation, and profitability for the area.

Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal, and regulatory standards.

Support recruitment, training, and development of frontline teams.

Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and local stakeholders.

Handle escalated customer issues and resolve operational challenges.

Implement marketing and promotional activities at the area level.

Act as the Area Manager’s representative in their absence.
