Job Description

Collect orders from the Flipkart warehouse / hub / dark store.

 
Deliver packages (electronics, clothes, groceries, etc.) to customer addresses safely and on time.
 
Verify the package details with the customer (order ID, OTP, signature if required).
 
Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments where applicable.
 
Update delivery status in the Flipkart Delivery App.
 
Follow the daily delivery schedule (assigned routes and time slots).
 
Handle products carefully (fragile items, heavy goods, groceries, etc.).
 
Provide basic customer support – polite interaction, resolving minor delivery issues.
