A Delivery Boy is responsible for delivering orders to customers safely and on time. They are the last mile of the supply chain and play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Deliver packages to customers according to delivery schedule.
Verify delivery addresses and maintain accurate records.
Collect payments (if COD – Cash on Delivery is applicable).
Ensure proper handling of products to prevent damage.
Communicate with warehouse or operations team for updates.
Maintain delivery vehicle (bike, scooter, or van) in good condition.
Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
Education: Minimum 10th pass (12th preferred).
Valid driving license for two-wheelers or four-wheelers.
Basic knowledge of navigation (GPS, Google Maps).
Physically fit (job involves carrying packages).
Good communication and customer service skills.
Punctuality and reliability.
On-road delivery across the assigned city/area.
Shift-based timings, often including weekends.
May involve both indoor (warehouse) and outdoor work.
Provident Fund (PF) & ESI.
Fuel allowance / vehicle maintenance support.
Overtime pay for extra shifts.
Performance or attendance-based bonuses.
