Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Timely Delivery: Ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.

Customer Interaction: Represent Flipkart professionally; address queries or concerns during delivery.

Payment Handling: Collect cash on delivery (COD) payments when applicable.

Route Planning: Follow optimized delivery routes for efficiency.

Package Handling: Load, transport, and unload packages safely to prevent damage.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate delivery logs, obtain signatures, and update delivery status in the app.

Problem Solving: Handle minor issues such as incorrect addresses, undelivered packages, or customer complaints.

Key Skills & Requirements

Valid two-wheeler driving license and ownership of a vehicle (bike/scooter).

Smartphone (Android preferred) to use Flipkart delivery app.

Basic knowledge of local area and routes.

Physical fitness to handle packages of varying weight.

Good communication skills in local language (English is a plus).

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Work Environment

Shift-based work (typically 8–10 hours per day).

May include weekends and public holidays.

Field-based role with travel within assigned delivery areas.

Career Growth

With experience, can move into roles like Delivery Hub Supervisor, Sorting Associate, or Operations Executive.
