Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Surveys

Conduct field surveys to identify potential borrowers.

Form and manage Joint Liability Groups (JLGs).

Promote financial literacy and awareness about microfinance products.

Loan Processing & Documentation

Facilitate loan applications, collect necessary documents, and verify borrower details.

Coordinate with credit officers for loan approval and disbursement.

Centre Meetings & Collections

Organize regular centre meetings to interact with clients.

Ensure timely collection of repayments and achieve recovery targets.

Customer Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with borrowers to ensure trust and repeat business.

Resolve customer queries and identify cross-selling opportunities.

Reporting & Compliance

Prepare daily/weekly reports on centre activities, loan disbursements, and collections.

Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
