Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Product Growth:

Drive growth of digital finance products, including loans, EMI cards, and other fintech offerings.

Analyze product performance metrics and optimize adoption strategies.

Campaign & Lead Management:

Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns for product promotion.

Manage leads, ensure timely follow-ups, and track conversion rates.

Team Management:

Supervise FTEs (full-time employees) and FOS (Field Sales Officers).

Conduct training sessions, motivate the team, and manage performance targets.

Channel & Stakeholder Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and retailers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, product) for seamless project execution.

Financial & Operational Oversight:

Oversee dealer payment reconciliation.

Monitor sales metrics, revenue contribution, and operational KPIs.

Special Projects & Initiatives:

Lead special projects aimed at scaling the digital product portfolio.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of digital financial products and fintech trends.

Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in BFSI).

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset to interpret data and drive actionable insights.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting software.
