Team Management:
Supervise FTEs (full-time employees) and FOS (Field Sales Officers).
Conduct training sessions, motivate the team, and manage performance targets.
Channel & Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and retailers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, product) for seamless project execution.
Financial & Operational Oversight:
Oversee dealer payment reconciliation.
