Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Generation

Identify potential clients in rural regions for term loans.

Generate business as per the assigned target and territory plan.

Allocate and monitor loan leads for Individual Business Associates (IBAs).

IBA Management & Support

Onboard new IBAs and train them on process and compliance.

Monitor IBA performance and ensure targets are achieved.

Resolve grievances and system-related issues for IBAs.

Process & System Management

Track loan applications and disbursements through internal systems (e.g., Finnone, Salesforce).

Ensure timely updates on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to IBAs.

Team Motivation & Reporting

Motivate IBAs for rewards and recognition programs.

Maintain high activation and disbursement rates.

Prepare regular reports for management on business performance.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

Ensure all processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Maintain quality of data and documentation for audits.
