Identify growth opportunities and new markets within the zone.
Monitor profitability, productivity, and market share.
Lead Regional Managers, Area Managers, and Deputy Area Managers.
Coach leaders, conduct performance reviews, and manage succession planning.
Build a strong culture of accountability and performance.
Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and SOPs.
Monitor credit quality, collections, audit findings, and risk indicators.
Handle high-level escalations and critical risk issues.
Manage key relationships with large partners, dealers, vendors, and senior internal stakeholders.
Represent the zone in leadership forums and business reviews.
Coordinate with central teams (Risk, Product, Finance, HR).
