Job Description

  1. Strategic Oversight

    • Monitor performance of multiple areas/clusters within the assigned zone.

    • Implement organizational strategies and corporate directives across the zone.

    • Align regional operations with business goals and company standards.

  2. Team Leadership & Development

    • Supervise Area Managers or Cluster Managers under the zone.

    • Coach, mentor, and evaluate managers to improve performance.

    • Drive talent development programs for key staff in the zone.

  3. Sales & Revenue Management

    • Set revenue, sales, and operational targets for the zone.

    • Analyze sales trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement corrective actions.

    • Ensure high customer satisfaction across all units in the zone.

  4. Operational & Financial Management

    • Review budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability across the zone.

    • Standardize operational processes across units.

    • Conduct audits to maintain compliance and quality standards.

  5. Reporting & Communication

    • Provide periodic reports to senior management on performance, challenges, and opportunities.

    • Communicate organizational updates, policies, and strategies to area/cluster managers.

  6. Business Expansion & Market Development

    • Identify opportunities for new units, market penetration, or regional expansion.

    • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for promotional campaigns.
