Job Description

  1. Sales & Revenue Management

    • Achieve overall sales targets for the zone.

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.

    • Monitor performance metrics of all branches under the zone.

  2. Team Leadership & Staff Management

    • Supervise branch managers and ensure proper execution of operational policies.

    • Train, mentor, and motivate store managers and sales teams.

    • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.

  3. Operations & Compliance

    • Ensure uniform operational standards across all branches.

    • Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and store audits.

    • Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  4. Customer Relationship & Brand Management

    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

    • Address escalated issues or complaints from branches or customers.

    • Implement loyalty programs and promotional campaigns in the zone.

  5. Reporting & Analysis

    • Prepare detailed reports for senior management, including sales performance, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.

    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
