Charging & Billing Operations:
Oversee all charging and billing activities within the zone.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of invoices and bills for customers.
Financial Reconciliation:
Monitor collections and reconcile discrepancies in payments or billing.
Ensure adherence to financial policies and compliance standards.
Team Management:
Supervise zonal billing staff and customer service teams.
Conduct training, performance reviews, and allocate responsibilities.
Process Optimization:
Identify gaps or inefficiencies in billing and charging processes.
Implement improvements to reduce errors and improve turnaround time.
Customer Issue Resolution:
Address escalated billing complaints or disputes from customers.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution.
Reporting & Analytics:
Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on revenue collection, outstanding dues, and billing accuracy.
Analyze trends and provide recommendations to senior management.
Base Salary: Competitive, usually ranging from ₹10–20 lakh per annum, depending on experience, company, and industry.
