Talent Acquisition – F professionals are responsible for:
Managing end-to-end recruitment (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
Partnering with business leaders to understand hiring requirements.
Using job portals, social media, and employee referrals to source candidates.
Conducting preliminary interviews and assessments.
Coordinating panel interviews and candidate evaluations.
Ensuring compliance with HR policies, DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion), and labor laws.
Supporting employer branding initiatives (campus drives, career fairs, LinkedIn campaigns).
Maintaining and updating recruitment MIS / dashboards
