Transaction Processing
Process payments, collections, mandates, and receipts as per defined TAT (Turnaround Time).
Ensure error-free data entry, file uploads, and transaction status updates.
Verification & Validation
Perform signature and mandate verification for corporate clients.
Check documentation completeness and correctness before processing.
Account / Master Setup
Create and update customer/account masters in systems.
Maintain records of mandates, payment instructions, and collections.
Query & Exception Handling
Respond to queries from branches, clients, or business teams regarding transaction status or discrepancies.
Escalate and resolve exceptions within set timelines.
Compliance & Accuracy
Follow regulatory guidelines (RBI, KYC/AML norms) in processing.
Maintain 100% accuracy in transaction handling.
Support internal audits and ensure adherence to process controls.
Coordination
Liaise with corporate clients, relationship managers, and internal stakeholders for smooth operations.
Follow up for missing/incorrect documents.
Reporting & MIS
Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on payment/collection volumes and exceptions.
Track SLA adherence and operational efficiency.
