Transaction Processing
Initiate and verify outward & inward trade remittances (imports, exports, advances, settlements).
Handle SWIFT payments, Nostro/Vostro reconciliations, and interbank settlements.
Ensure correct accounting entries, debits/credits, and timely execution.
Document Verification
Scrutinize invoices, shipping bills, customs declarations, FEMA forms, and other trade documents.
Validate KYC/AML compliance before transaction processing.
Regulatory Compliance
Ensure all transactions adhere to RBI/FEMA regulations, AML guidelines, and internal bank policies.
Handle reporting through systems like EDPMS (Export Data Processing & Monitoring System) and IDPMS (Import Data Processing & Monitoring System).
Assist in internal/external audits.
Client & Branch Coordination
Coordinate with corporate clients, branches, and overseas banks for transaction clarifications.
Provide updates and resolve trade remittance-related issues.
Exception & Risk Handling
Investigate and resolve mismatches, payment rejections, or regulatory holds.
Escalate exceptions to supervisors when required.
MIS & Reporting
Maintain daily logs and generate MIS reports for processed remittances, pending cases, and SLA adherence.
Fixed monthly salary with allowances (location allowance, shift allowance if applicable).
