Client Relationship Management
Act as the single point of contact for all banking needs of mid-corporate clients.
Build strong long-term relationships with promoters, CFOs, and treasury teams.
Conduct regular meetings, portfolio reviews, and cross-selling discussions.
Business Development & Sales
Acquire new mid-corporate clients (manufacturing, services, exporters, etc.).
Offer tailored banking solutions such as:
Working capital loans (CC/OD)
Term loans / project finance
Trade finance & remittances
Foreign exchange & treasury services
Cash Management Services (CMS)
Achieve revenue targets through interest income, fee income, and cross-sell.
Credit Assessment & Risk Management
Work with the credit team to analyze client financials, industry risks, and repayment capacity.
Prepare credit proposals and ensure timely approvals.
Monitor portfolio for stress signals and proactively manage risks.
Service Delivery & Coordination
Liaise with internal teams (credit, legal, operations, treasury) to ensure smooth transaction execution.
Resolve client queries and provide prompt service.
Ensure client onboarding is seamless and compliant.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure all client dealings adhere to RBI regulations, KYC/AML norms, and internal compliance standards.
Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.
