A Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire warehouse or hub operations. They ensure smooth order processing, timely dispatch, inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and efficient utilization of resources. This role involves both strategic planning and day-to-day operational supervision.
Manage all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Supervise Team Leaders, pickers, packers, loaders, and other warehouse staff.
Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct regular audits.
Develop and implement operational processes and SOPs to improve efficiency.
Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time dispatch, and stock turnover.
Maintain safety standards and compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams.
Manage staffing, training, and performance evaluation of warehouse personnel.
Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance, costs, and productivity.
Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Management preferred).
Experience: 3โ7 years in warehouse/operations management, with at least 1โ2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of WMS/ERP systems, inventory management, and reporting tools.
Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
