Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including inbound and outbound activities
Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory
Ensure accurate picking, packing, labeling, and dispatch of orders
Maintain inventory accuracy through stock checks and cycle counts
Coordinate with operations, delivery, and logistics teams
Monitor manpower productivity and shift activities
Handle damaged, missing, and returned items
Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety, and quality standards
Maintain warehouse records, reports, and MIS using Excel or WMS
Support process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce errors
Ensure timely dispatch to meet SLAs and delivery timelines
