Seller Verification (Live & Virtual)
Conduct live video calls with prospective sellers to validate their identity and business documentation.
Ensure accuracy and authenticity of documents (ID proof, business registration, bank details, etc.).
Follow all Amazon verification protocols to detect and prevent fraudulent accounts.
Document & Data Review
Review submitted seller applications and cross-check with internal systems.
Maintain detailed records and logs of verification interactions.
Flag any suspicious or incomplete cases for secondary review.
Customer Interaction & Support
Provide professional, courteous assistance to sellers during onboarding.
Guide sellers through the registration process and resolve basic queries.
Ensure a smooth and positive experience while adhering to compliance standards.
Operational Excellence
Adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Work in rotational shifts (including weekends, if required).
Handle ad-hoc projects related to seller experience or risk prevention.
Collaboration & Reporting
Collaborate with risk analysis, compliance, and customer support teams.
Report process improvement suggestions to team leads or managers.
