As a VCS Associate, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Helping Amazon customers with orders, returns, refunds, replacements, and payments.

  • Answering queries related to products, delivery status, account settings, Prime membership, etc.

  • Providing technical support for issues like website, app, Kindle, or other Amazon devices.

  • Handling customers politely and professionally, even in stressful situations.

  • Using Amazon’s internal tools to track, update, and resolve customer issues.

  • Meeting performance metrics like response time, resolution quality, and customer satisfaction.
