Job Description

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Plan, execute, and monitor sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Identify new customer segments and business opportunities.

  • Drive sales for products such as loans, insurance, credit cards, or investment plans (depending on company type).

  • Generate leads through customer referrals, field visits, and digital channels.

  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Sales Executives / Advisors / Relationship Officers.

  • Monitor daily activities and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.

  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching for improvement.

  • Ensure adherence to company processes, policies, and audit requirements.

  • Maintain documentation accuracy for customer records and financial transactions.

  • Prepare MIS (Management Information System) reports on targets, achievements, and pipeline.
