Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Sales Executives / Advisors / Relationship Officers.
Monitor daily activities and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching for improvement.

Maintain documentation accuracy for customer records and financial transactions.
