Job Description

  • Operational Management:
    Ensure day-to-day activities of the unit run smoothly, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow monitoring.

  • Staff Coordination:
    Assist in assigning tasks, tracking performance, and supporting team members to achieve unit goals.

  • Communication:
    Serve as a liaison between unit staff, senior management, and other departments.

  • Documentation & Reporting:
    Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

  • Problem-Solving:
    Address operational challenges and resolve issues quickly to prevent disruptions.

  • Training & Support:
