Manage and maintain transportation tool configurations (routes, schedules, partner allocations).
Monitor transportation performance using dashboards/reports; identify delivery delays, exceptions, and system issues.
Conduct root cause analysis of recurring problems and propose corrective actions.
Support continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.
Generate and maintain daily/weekly/monthly performance reports for stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, technology, supply chain, etc.) to resolve network issues.
Maintain high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and quality in all transportation-related tasks.
