Service Operations Management
Supervise daily service activities within the assigned territory.

Troubleshoot complex problems and ensure solutions meet company standards.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and dealers.
Address customer complaints and ensure resolution to maintain satisfaction.
Team Leadership & Training
Manage and mentor service personnel in the territory.
Conduct training programs to enhance technical skills and service quality.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track service performance metrics and implement improvements.
Prepare and submit regular reports on service activities, issues, and resolutions.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure all service operations comply with company policies and safety standards.
Maintain proper documentation and records of service activities.
Base Salary: Competitive, usually ranging from ₹6–12 lakh per annum, depending on experience and location.
