Job Description

  1. Service Operations Management

    • Supervise daily service activities within the assigned territory.

    • Ensure timely execution of repairs, maintenance, and installations.

  2. Technical Support

    • Provide guidance and support to service teams on technical issues.

    • Troubleshoot complex problems and ensure solutions meet company standards.

  3. Customer Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and dealers.

    • Address customer complaints and ensure resolution to maintain satisfaction.

  4. Team Leadership & Training

    • Manage and mentor service personnel in the territory.

    • Conduct training programs to enhance technical skills and service quality.

  5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

    • Track service performance metrics and implement improvements.

    • Prepare and submit regular reports on service activities, issues, and resolutions.

  6. Compliance & Safety

    • Ensure all service operations comply with company policies and safety standards.

    • Maintain proper documentation and records of service activities.
