Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the assigned territory to achieve revenue and growth targets

  • Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers (B2B/B2C)

  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients and channel partners

  • Monitor and manage sales performance, KPIs, and revenue reports

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the territory

  • Lead and guide sales teams, field executives, and distribution partners

  • Ensure timely activation of Airtel products and services

  • Implement promotional campaigns and track sales conversion and customer feedback

  • Report to regional or cluster managers on performance, challenges, and opportunities
