📌 Job Description / Responsibilities

  1. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for assigned territory.

  • Promote and sell company products to retailers, distributors, or direct customers.

  • Expand market share within the assigned region.

  1. Market Development

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.

  • Expand distribution network (new dealers/retailers).

  • Increase product visibility through in-store promotions & displays.

  1. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.

  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations.

  • Ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

  1. Reporting & Analysis

  • Track competitor activities and market trends.

  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to Area Sales Manager.

  • Provide insights for demand forecasting and product planning.

  1. Execution & Coordination

  • Ensure product availability and timely delivery in the territory.

  • Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams.

  • Execute promotional campaigns and schemes in the field.
