Implement preventive and predictive maintenance systems.

Support production and quality teams with technical solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
Plan and execute capital projects, equipment installation, and plant expansions.
Work with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for equipment procurement and services.
Develop and train team members on new technologies and best practices.
Prepare technical reports, budgets, and performance reviews for management.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Food Technology / Industrial Engineering or related field.
8–12 years of experience in technical/engineering roles within FMCG or Food Manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of automation, utilities (boilers, refrigeration, compressors), and packaging machinery.
Familiarity with ISO, HACCP, GMP, FSSAI regulations.
