Job Description

At that level, one might expect the following:

  • Leading a team of developers/engineers: mentorship, guiding juniors/mids.

  • Defining technical architecture / design decisions for modules.

  • Ensuring code quality via reviews, enforcing coding standards, best practices.

  • Estimating efforts, breaking down tasks, identifying risks.

  • Ensuring process compliance (development, testing, deployment, documentation).

  • Liaising with stakeholders: translating business requirements into technical specs.

  • Handling escalations: technical issues, delays, quality concerns.

  • Possibly contributing to or defining part of the project roadmap or technical strategy in their domain.
