A Team Leader supervises a group of warehouse staff, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. They coordinate with pickers, packers, and delivery staff to meet targets and maintain quality standards.
Supervise and guide a team of pickers, packers, loaders, and other warehouse staff.
Assign daily tasks and monitor performance.
Ensure accurate order picking, packing, and dispatch.
Conduct regular audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
Resolve operational issues and escalate major problems to management.
Maintain safety and quality standards in the warehouse.
Train new staff on SOPs, safety, and operational procedures.
Prepare performance reports and share updates with Warehouse Manager.
Education: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience: 1β3 years in warehouse operations or logistics; previous supervisory experience is a plus.
Leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory software).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
Warehouse or fulfillment center.
Shift-based work, may include weekends or night shifts.
