Job Description

. Lead and Manage the Sales Team

  • Supervise the sales team’s daily operations.

  • Coach and motivate team members to reach targets.

  • Assign goals, leads, territories, and tasks.

2. Set Targets & Plans

  • Establish individual and team sales targets.

  • Develop sales strategies and action plans to achieve goals.

3. Monitor Performance

  • Track sales metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and improve performance.

4. Training & Development

  • Provide continuous training and guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, customer handling, and upselling.

5. Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers.

  • Support the team in resolving customer issues and escalations.

6. Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with marketing, product teams, and senior management.

  • Report performance results and market insights to higher management
