Job Description

The Team Leader – Operations will be responsible for supervising daily operations and managing a team of associates in a high-paced environment. This includes overseeing order processing, inventory handling, quality checks, team productivity, and on-time execution of tasks. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, a process-oriented mindset, and the ability to work under pressure.


🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of 10–30 associates in daily operational tasks.

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders (inbound/outbound).

  • Monitor and manage shift operations, task allocation, and workforce planning.

  • Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like order accuracy, turnaround time, and delivery rate.

  • Handle escalations and resolve operational bottlenecks in real time.

  • Maintain discipline, motivation, and performance standards within the team.

  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Conduct regular team briefings, training, and performance reviews.

  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance within the work environment.

  • Liaise with logistics, inventory, and customer service teams for coordination.
