The Team Leader – Operations will be responsible for supervising daily operations and managing a team of associates in a high-paced environment. This includes overseeing order processing, inventory handling, quality checks, team productivity, and on-time execution of tasks. Lead and supervise a team of 10–30 associates in daily operational tasks.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders (inbound/outbound).
Monitor and manage shift operations, task allocation, and workforce planning.
Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like order accuracy, turnaround time, and delivery rate.
Handle escalations and resolve operational bottlenecks in real time.
Maintain discipline, motivation, and performance standards within the team.
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Conduct regular team briefings, training, and performance reviews.
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance within the work environment.
Liaise with logistics, inventory, and customer service teams for coordination.
Fixed monthly salary with annual performance appraisals
Entry-level team leads earn ₹3–5 LPA; experienced can earn ₹5–7 LPA+
