Enforce company policies on safety, attendance, and performance.
Ensure adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
Conduct regular audits to maintain quality and safety standards.
Report team performance metrics to Operations or Area Managers.
Collaborate with HR, Training, and Quality teams for issue resolution.
Identify and escalate process gaps or system challenges.
