Key responsibilities include:
Leading, training, and motivating a team of KAMs to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Monitoring merchant onboarding for EDC/POS machines.
Ensuring merchant satisfaction and resolving issues related to transaction settlements, terminals, or technical problems.
Coordinating with operations, finance, and service teams for smooth installation and after-sales support.
Preparing performance reports and ensuring team productivity.
Driving new business and upselling digital payment products.
