Manage end-to-end recruitment — job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Use multiple sourcing channels: LinkedIn, Naukri, social media, employee referrals, and campus recruitment.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
Negotiate offers and coordinate the onboarding process for selected candidates.
Ensure hiring turnaround times (TAT) and quality-of-hire metrics are met.
Build strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners.
Act as a trusted advisor by providing market insights, talent trends, and hiring analytics.
Collaborate with external recruitment vendors and consultants to fulfill niche requirements.
Represent Airtel’s employer brand through positive candidate engagement and communication.
Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Support campus hiring events, job fairs, and digital branding initiatives.
Maintain recruitment data and candidate information using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards for leadership.
Ensure all hiring processes comply with company policies, DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) standards, and labor laws.
Evaluate hiring processes and implement improvements for speed and efficiency.
Contribute to HR projects, such as talent analytics, onboarding enhancement, and process automation.
