Job Description

1️⃣ Talent Planning & Strategy

  • Collaborate with business heads and HR teams to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.

  • Develop recruitment strategies and hiring plans aligned with business objectives.

  • Participate in manpower budgeting and workforce forecasting discussions.


🔹 2️⃣ Recruitment & Selection

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment — job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

  • Use multiple sourcing channels: LinkedIn, Naukri, social media, employee referrals, and campus recruitment.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.

  • Negotiate offers and coordinate the onboarding process for selected candidates.

  • Ensure hiring turnaround times (TAT) and quality-of-hire metrics are met.


🔹 3️⃣ Stakeholder & Business Partnering

  • Build strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners.

  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing market insights, talent trends, and hiring analytics.

  • Collaborate with external recruitment vendors and consultants to fulfill niche requirements.


🔹 4️⃣ Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Represent Airtel’s employer brand through positive candidate engagement and communication.

  • Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

  • Support campus hiring events, job fairs, and digital branding initiatives.

  • Maintain recruitment data and candidate information using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).

  • Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards for leadership.

  • Ensure all hiring processes comply with company policies, DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) standards, and labor laws.

  • Evaluate hiring processes and implement improvements for speed and efficiency.

  • Contribute to HR projects, such as talent analytics, onboarding enhancement, and process automation.
