Job Description

1️⃣ Workforce Planning & Coordination

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

  • Create and maintain annual recruitment plans based on business needs.

  • Ensure all hiring aligns with company policies, budget, and culture.


2️⃣ Talent Sourcing

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and employee referrals.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.

  • Engage with passive candidates and network within industry circles.


3️⃣ Recruitment & Selection

  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role fit.

  • Conduct HR interviews and coordinate technical rounds with hiring managers.

  • Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Manage offer roll-out, salary negotiation, and joining formalities.


4️⃣ Employer Branding

  • Represent Airtel at campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and career events.

  • Create engaging content for social media and job portals to promote Airtel’s brand.

  • Support initiatives that improve candidate experience and employee engagement.


5️⃣ Onboarding & Documentation

  • Coordinate with HR operations to ensure smooth onboarding and induction.

  • Verify candidate documents and maintain recruitment compliance.

  • Gather feedback to improve onboarding and hiring processes.


6️⃣ Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate data on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate).

  • Generate regular reports and dashboards for leadership review.

  • Use HRMS and ATS tools to manage recruitment workflows.
