Job Description

1️⃣ Recruitment Strategy & Planning

  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and job requirements.

  • Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies for different departments.

  • Maintain strong pipelines for future talent needs.

2️⃣ Sourcing & Talent Identification

  • Use multiple channels like LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and campus hiring to attract candidates.

  • Develop innovative sourcing methods (social media hiring, employer branding, etc.).

  • Screen resumes, assess qualifications, and shortlist suitable candidates.

3️⃣ Interview & Selection Process

  • Conduct initial HR screening interviews.

  • Coordinate with hiring managers for technical and final interviews.

  • Support the decision-making process with proper evaluation reports.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

4️⃣ Onboarding & Coordination

  • Manage the offer process, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.

  • Ensure a smooth transition for new hires during onboarding.

  • Collaborate with HR operations for documentation and induction.

5️⃣ Employer Branding & Networking

  • Promote Airtel as an employer of choice through career fairs, university collaborations, and online branding.

  • Represent Airtel at recruitment events and social platforms.

6️⃣ Data & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate hiring data and recruitment metrics.

  • Analyze recruitment performance (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance ratio).

  • Provide regular hiring dashboards and insights to leadership.
