Ensure a smooth transition for new hires during onboarding.
Collaborate with HR operations for documentation and induction.
Promote Airtel as an employer of choice through career fairs, university collaborations, and online branding.
Represent Airtel at recruitment events and social platforms.
Maintain accurate hiring data and recruitment metrics.
Analyze recruitment performance (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance ratio).
Provide regular hiring dashboards and insights to leadership.
