Translate hiring needs into effective job descriptions & sourcing strategies.
Sourcing & Outreach
Source candidates via portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, iimjobs, etc.), employee referrals, social media, networking, and headhunting.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical/ongoing roles.
Screening & Selection
Screen resumes, conduct HR telephonic/video interviews.
Evaluate candidates for cultural fit, skills, and role suitability.
Coordinate technical/functional interviews with hiring managers.
Interview & Coordination
Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate communication.
Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Offer Management & Onboarding
Work on compensation negotiation, rolling out offers, and closing positions within timelines.
Coordinate with HR operations for pre-onboarding and joining formalities.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Manage relationships with recruitment vendors / consultants when needed.
Work with internal teams (HR, Finance, Business) to align on hiring goals.
Analytics & Reporting
Track hiring metrics like Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Source effectiveness, Offer-to-Join ratio.
Share regular reports with leadership on progress vs hiring plan.
Employer Branding
Participate in campus drives, job fairs, branding activities.
Represent Paytm as an employer of choice in the market.
