Job Description

  • Develop and manage full-cycle recruiting processes for tech, business, and operations roles.

  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and talent priorities.

  • Lead a team of recruiters to achieve monthly and quarterly hiring goals.

  • Source and attract candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal talent pools.

  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural and technical fit.

  • Drive employer branding initiatives and campus hiring programs.

  • Manage recruitment data, dashboards, and reports using HR tools (like SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, or ATS).

  • Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and labor laws.

  • Collaborate with onboarding and HR operations teams for seamless candidate experience.
