Job Description

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle β€” sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and offer negotiation.

    • Collaborate with department heads and business leaders to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities.

    • Build and lead a team of recruiters to deliver on hiring targets.

    • Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks (LinkedIn), employee referrals, and other creative channels.

    • Ensure quality and diversity in the talent pipeline.

    • Develop and execute campus recruitment and employer branding initiatives.

    • Maintain accurate recruitment data, dashboards, and reports through the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

    • Monitor key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, and cost per hire.

    • Partner with HR Operations and Onboarding teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

    • Stay updated on industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and market mapping.
