Oversee day-to-day operations of the showroom (sales, staff, stock, and customer service).
Lead the sales team to achieve monthly & annual sales targets.
Supervise and train staff (sales associates, CREs, cashiers, stock keepers).
Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily accounts reconciliation.
Ensure visual merchandising & display standards are maintained.
Handle customer escalations, complaints, and VIP customer service.
Track and manage inventory & stock movement (inward & outward).
Implement promotional activities, offers, and seasonal campaigns.
Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, revenue, and performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and security norms.
Strong leadership & team management abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Analytical ability for sales forecasting & performance monitoring.
Knowledge of retail operations, billing software, and inventory systems.
Problem-solving & decision-making capability under pressure.
Minimum: Graduate (any stream), MBA preferred.
5–8 years of experience in retail, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
Jewellery or luxury retail experience is a strong advantage.
