Job Description

  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

  • Manage, train, and motivate store staff to achieve performance targets.

  • Ensure high standards of customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints.

  • Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control.

  • Handle cash management, billing, and daily reconciliations.

  • Implement visual merchandising, promotions, and in-store marketing activities.

  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management review.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and audit requirements.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and regional teams for smooth operations.
