Job Description

  1. Store & Operations Management

    • Oversee day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.

    • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

    • Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising.

  2. Sales & Revenue Management

    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

    • Develop strategies to increase store revenue and profitability.

    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.

  3. Team Leadership & Staff Management

    • Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.

    • Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and motivation sessions.

    • Assign tasks and manage workforce efficiently.

  4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

    • Handle escalated customer queries or complaints.

    • Implement loyalty programs and promotional campaigns.

  5. Inventory & Supply Chain Management
