Job Description

🧾 If in Finance / Controlling

  • Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.

  • Support management with financial insights for decision-making.

  • Handle month-end and year-end closing activities and financial reporting.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS).

  • Liaise with internal and external auditors.

  • Automate financial processes using SAP, BPC, or Power BI.

  • Drive process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

🧪 If in Quality / Manufacturing

  • Oversee and review the execution of QC/QA procedures as per cGMP.

  • Monitor deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and audit readiness.

  • Coordinate between production, QA, and regulatory teams for timely release.

  • Review and approve documentation as per regulatory requirements.

  • Guide junior team members to ensure compliance and accuracy.

💼 If in Corporate Strategy / Business Planning

  • Support leadership in developing business strategy and financial models.

  • Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking.

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities (geographies, therapy areas).

  • Prepare strategic presentations for management and board meetings.

  • Drive cross-functional projects aligned with corporate growth objectives.
