Working with vendor partners to define and implement vendor recruitment policy.
Reviewing and re-imagining processes, policies and practices in hiring / recruitment / vendor management, collaborating cross-functionally.
Preparing, analysing and reviewing key business metrics periodically, surfacing insights to leadership for decision making.
Conducting market intelligence study to gather vendor / job market insights across APAC.
Ensuring compliance with internal policies and local laws via audits, reviews and corrective measures.
