Monitor key SR metrics and track compliance KPIs.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for regional leadership.
Conduct market intelligence studies to understand labour and vendor dynamics.
Use analytics to identify risk areas and suggest data-driven solutions.
Partner with internal teams like Human Rights & Social Impact (HRSI), Operations Social Responsibility (Ops SR), People Experience & Technology (PXT), and Operations.
Present compliance insights to regional leadership and cross-functional teams.
Support external audits and third-party reviews.
